"Felt Completely Abandoned by the Staff"
I felt like I was on my own the entire time. I needed help, but nobody seemed interested in stepping in or even pointing me in the right direction. It was frustrating and made the whole experience feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

i mean, the emails took a few days to come back, and when they did, the replies felt kind of rushed. I ended up having to ask the same question twice before I got a clear answer

I placed a big order from carrot-top.com for an office event, it was a little more stressful than I was hoping 😕. The order itself went through without any issues, but the communication after that felt slow. I had to follow up more than once before I could get a clear update, which was kind of frustrating when we were trying to plan around everything.
Some of the items showed up later than the rest, so it threw off our timing a bit. The quality was okay overall, not awful or anything, but for a bulk order I expected things to be handled a little more smoothly. I’d probably consider them for smaller orders, but I’m not totally sure I’d use them again for a bigger event...

I tried placing an order on carrot-top.com from my phone and it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t really work right, and checkout felt clunky. I had to keep going back and re-entering the same info, which got old fast. To make it more confusing, the site seemed to show one thing, but then the email I got said something different. For what should’ve been a simple order, it was not a great experience.

I had to return my order and it was straightforward. The refund did come through, it just took a few extra days longer than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled.

"Wish There Were More Choices"
I went in thinking, okay, maybe I’ll find a bunch of different options here, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the items kind of looked the same to me, and a few things I was specifically hoping to find just weren’t there. The site itself works fine, so that wasn’t really the issue. I just kept thinking, hmm, is this really all there is? For me, there just weren’t enough choices.

"Am I missing something, or is everything out of stock?"
I tried ordering a few flags and some parts from Carrot-Top, but a bunch of what I needed was marked unavailable. I figured maybe it was just temporary, so I checked back a few days later and it was still the same. Am I missing something here, or why keep products listed if you can’t actually buy them? I ended up ordering from somewhere else. Just felt like a annoying waste of time

I ordered from carrot-top.com because I was hoping to tweak my flag a bit more, but the customization options felt limited. I didn’t really have much control over the layout or the smaller details, which was a little disappointing. That said, the site itself was easy enough to use and I don’t want to make it sound terrible or anything. I just ended up settling for something close instead of getting exactly what I had in mind

I ordered a flag and, the colors looked a lot brighter on the website than they did in person. When it arrived, they were more dull and not really the shade I thought I was getting. Shipping was fine and the quality seems okay overall, but the color accuracy was disappointing. I probably should’ve looked into it more, but it still felt a bit misleading.

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I ordered the wrong flag size by mistake and had to ask for a refund. It wasn’t instant, instant or anything — it took a few days and I did have to send one follow-up email. But they did get back to me and sent the money back, so in the end it was fine. Okay overall.

It lasted a decent amount of time, honestly!! Looked good for a while, but after a few months I did start noticing the edges fraying... Not terrible, but yeah, it definitely didn’t stay perfect forever!!

My order did get here in one piece which I appreciated, but it showed up later than the tracking made it seem like it would and I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Nothing was damaged or missing so that was good, I just wish the delivery info had been a bit clearer. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t anything great.

The flag is decent enough, I guess, but the fabric feels thin. Not terrible, but I kinda blame them for making it feel cheaper than it should...

"Good print quality overall"
I ordered a custom flag from carrot-top.com, the print came out nice. The colors were really close to what I sent in, and the details looked clear, not blurry, which I was a little worried about.

I’m giving it 4 stars, just because the fabric had a tiny light spot near one edge, but once it was hanging up, it really wasn’t very noticeable. Overall, I’m happy with it, and I’d order again...

"Got fixed, but the timing was rough"
My order showed up with one item missing, and of course it happened right when I actually needed it. I had to send a couple emails before everything got sorted out, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, they did fix the issue and sent the replacement, but the extra wait was annoying. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

I had ordered some flag supplies from carrot-top.com because I needed a few specific things for an upcoming setup, and at first everything seemed normal. The shipping time was fine, nothing really stood out there, and the package showed up without any obvious issues. But once I actually opened it and started checking everything, I realized the order wasn’t quite right. One item was missing, and another item was a different size than what I had selected. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but it took a couple of emails back and forth before it got worked out. Not the end of the world, just frustrating when you’re counting on getting the exact items you ordered.

"Ordering was more of a hassle than it needed to be"
The ordering process was just okay. Checkout took longer than I expected, and I felt like I had to do extra steps just to finish everything. Not terrible, but definitely more work than it should’ve been
